More Fat Anyone?

Controversial it may be but there is no hard evidence that eating saturated fat leads to greater incidence of heart disease!

In summary.. my reading leads me to believe that it is ok to ....

Restart butter and throw away the marge, eat real Greek yoghurt not fake, restart semi-skimmed milk (full fat i find too fatty). All in moderation of course!

Also have a small handful (30g) of oily nuts a few days a week. And for those who like me carry some excess weight... have a check up with your GP too.

However it all needs to be in context... so eat real food, dump the processed food and get off the sugar. More info below esp for those who can watch BBC iplayer.
